HSEQ Manager

A position has arisen for a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager to work as part of our Management Team. This is a cruicial support role for the success of the Authority and a great opportunity for the right person to shape the HSEQ function to meet the needs of our organisation.

Working closely with the Executive Management Team, you will have an in-depth knowledge of all HSEQ matters and you will manage our systems to achieve the Authority's objectives.

You will be academically and professionally qualified and will have considerable experience in the development and implementation of HSEQ policies and procedures. Ideally you will have previously worked in a port/marine environment and be familiar with the Ports and Marine Facilities Safety Code and regulatory requirements specific to the Port sector.

This is a fixed salary position with attractive benefits. Based in Lerwick, both in the office and on site, the successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment medical.
