Brian Anderson has been returned as Chairman of Lerwick Port Authority for another twelve-month period at the Authority’s AGM in July. Ronnie Gair has also been returned as Deputy Chairman for the same term.
Brian is pictured (third right) with some of the other Board Members of the Authority on a visit to the Authority’s Dales Voe project where the expanded jetty is nearing completion. Principal contractor BAM Nuttall will complete the quay works before the end of July and complementary works of reclamation, laydown space and demolition of a redundant building will continue until the autumn by F L Johnston.
